Madame Rêve

Behind each collection, hide hours of reflection, research of inspiration, creation ... Our stylists with an overflowing imagination did not spare their efforts to create this new collection. In this interview Catherine, Maria and Cécile reveal the underside of our spring collection. Why "Madame Dream" as a collection name? Maria: “Upon returning from spring, we wanted to take advantage of this energy that rises when the sunny days come back. When you give way to this type of opening, there are lots of things that happen and it is a virtuous circle. So we wanted a spontaneous, sparkling, sweet, a little offbeat, dream, dancing and life collection. » Catherine: « We were thinking in what state of mind we were with our friends when the first rays of sun arrive after winter. We all agreed to say that we wanted to put our office outside in the sun " What were your main sources of inspiration? Maria: “Pina Baush dancing dreams, ceramic painting, artisanal life activities. »» Catherine: “We wrote names of French music on small pieces of paper to create our own exquisite corpse. With these we created a text that inspired us to spring and the state of mind in which we were. We followed the frame of words to inspire us. »» Cecile : "The nature that is gradually starting to flower, all these pretty soft tones, the flowers of the fields, all bathed in a spring of spring, solar, but always a little cool. All this inspired us a lot to imagine our range of colors. »» Music is the leitmotif of this collection, can you tell us a little more? Maria & Catherine: "We wanted to mix the literary spirit of Balzac Paris, his commitment T.P.R and the inspiration of Chrysoline who was the rhythm and the tempo. We tried to explore a style, a typology and we quickly realized that it was so rich that it was important to approach music as a whole. So we took ourselves for the students of André Breton and We have created an exquisite corpse that evokes titles that affect several generations of people and transversely. »» Music that has particularly inspired you? Why ? Maria: « For my part, Recto verso of paradise For the pace in slow motion that evokes the contemplative and taking the time to live. But also, the color of the water, the solar light, the freshness and the spontaneity of the clip. Above that, I find the text quite evocative of our T.P.R. »» Cécile: "French songs vintage, from the 60s, a little kitsch and outdated where the rhythm is playful, fresh and positive, in short exactly as the spirit of our spring collection! »» Your favorite piece? Maria: "Difficult to make a choice but I would say the orange and iridescent green printed parts and the new colors and handles of our iconic Caesar" Catherine : "Rather favorite pieces! The Mila shirt because it is goes with everything and I love its details of great lace. The Cardigan Sully because it is soft as a cloud and the Adela ring which is sublime. »» Cécile: “My favorite piece would be the Flower, Romantic and Colorful Adonis Dress! I also love the Alois, who always remind me of childhood, to mix with the White Adriano jeans. »» A word to describe the collection? Maria: Vibrant! Catherine: Poetics! Cécile: Fleurie! And you, what are you dreaming of at the moment? Catherine: “For my part, I dream of being on a crowded coffee terrace with my friends. In the sun a good glass in hand and feel the city full of life. "Cécile:" And I dream of lying in a park, making a picnic with friends and having sun! "Maria:" There I really want to find my friends, and we have a weekend at the beach with rosé! »»
