                Delivery information:

                Delivery times are estimated From the shipment of the order.
                Apart from mainland France and the European Union, customs or import taxes can apply upon receipt of your order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
                Deliveries for the United Kingdom are currently suspended following administrative measures linked to Brexit.

                Feedback

                You have 30 days Upon receipt of your order to return an undeveloped, unwashed item and with its original label.
                Upon receipt of your package in our workshops, your return will be treated within 10 to 15 working days. As soon as the refund is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
                Without news of your reimbursement after this period, do not hesitate to write to us to balzac-et-vous@balzac-paris.fr

                From metropolitan France, returns are offered, to return your article:
                • Save your return to your account in the section Make an item and refund
                • Download your Colissimo or Mondial Relay label, which you will also receive by email
                • Slide your items and your delivery note in a package in good condition to properly protect your articles
                • Place your package under 7RS at La Poste or in a relay point
                From abroad, Returns are at your expense. You can return your order to us at the following address:

                TRADES

                If you wish to exchange your item, you must return it to obtain a refund and place a new order.
                The delivery costs are reimbursed if the order is returned in its entirety.
